🎯 Objective
The https://www.telekom.com/en/media/media-information/archive/building-blocks-for-smart-city-ecosystem-551636 project aimed to design and prototype a mobile application that enables citizens to easily access a wide range of services offered by cities and third-party providers. The project focused on both technical feasibility and business concept development, ultimately supporting the creation of a prototype and MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
🛠 Responsibilities
- Conducted technical scouting and vendor analysis for:
- Identity Management (IDM) systems
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- City-service APIs
- Business Process Engines
- Designed high-level business and technical architecture.
- Prepared detailed technical reports and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborated on proposal development to validate system requirements and define development activities.
💡 Outcome
This work contributed to a validated prototype plan and an aligned business-technical concept that served as the foundation for app implementation and future partnerships.
