🎯 Objective
The goal of this project was to build a real-time sensor data platform that would support smart city services by providing unified access to heterogeneous sensor data. The platform was designed to collect, aggregate, and analyze city-wide data streams and present meaningful insights to city officials and stakeholders.

📌 Strategic Planning
- Defined and aligned use cases to address urban pain points and support city/government requirements.
- Helped present the smart city solution to the Lord Mayor of Bonn.
💻 Frontend Development
- Implemented real-time data visualization through a combination of:
- Pub/Sub systems for streaming data
- REST interfaces for persistent data
- Developed responsive and user-centric visual dashboards.
🖧 Backend Development
- Built a modular backend system that:
- Handled data ingestion from various sources
- Performed event processing, aggregation, and persistence
- Supported a scalable smart city infrastructure

🌍 Outcome
