🎯 Objective

Smart Security Management Server (SSMS) is a web-based solution deployed at online service providers (e.g., banks, retailers) offering secure access and interaction via mobile applications. The goal was to develop, automate, and assure the quality of the SSMS system through full-lifecycle QA and tooling.


🛠 Responsibilities

  • Collaborated with the SSMS development team to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
  • Participated in requirement analysis, quality planning, quality control, and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Designed and implemented a test automation framework to validate server APIs and web interfaces.
  • Performed static code analysis with FindBugs to improve framework code quality.
  • Enabled automation of all manual testing across multiple platforms: Windows, Solaris, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
  • Maintained and enhanced the automation framework.
  • Provided training and technical consultation to QA engineers in Germany, India, and Turkey on test strategy and framework usage.
